Although
QED Law makes every reasonable effort to ensure that the
information is correct at the time of publication it cannot
be responsible or any errors or for any alteration or
cancellation in the advertised programme or for any loss
arising from such error, alteration or cancellation. In
the event that QED Law is obliged to cancel a seminar,
the fee paid will be returned but QED Law accepts no liability
for incidental expenses incurred or consequential losses.
The liability of QED Law is limited to the fee paid for
the cancelled seminar.
Changing
your booking
If,
having booked a seminar, you decide you would prefer to
attend a different seminar, you may do so - free of charge
- provided a place is available and you let us know of
the change at least 48 hours before the date of the seminar
originally booked.
Cancelling
your booking
If
you no longer wish to attend a booked seminar after having
paid for it, the fee for the seminar will be refunded
(less an administrative fee of £10 per seminar)
provided you communicate your wish to withdraw by calling
us on 020 8144 2323 (24 hours) at least 14 days before
the scheduled date of the seminar booked. The sum due
will be refunded to the credit card or debit card with
which payment was made.
Waiting
list.
If
a seminar is fully booked you may request to be added
to the waiting list and will be notified in the event
of a cancellation. To join the waiting list for a fully
booked seminar please send an email to nbaird@qedlaw.co.uk
Please put 'waiting list' in the subject line and
in the body of the mesage explain which seminar (date/subject)
you would like to attend.
