Although QED Law makes every reasonable effort to ensure that the information is correct at the time of publication it cannot be responsible or any errors or for any alteration or cancellation in the advertised programme or for any loss arising from such error, alteration or cancellation. In the event that QED Law is obliged to cancel a seminar, fees paid will be returned but QED Law accepts no liability for incidental expenses incurred. The liability of QED Law is limited to the fees paid for the seminar affected.

Cancelling your booking

If you unable or no longer wish to attend a seminar after having paid for it, the fee for the seminar will be refunded (less an administrative fee of £10) provided you communicate your wish to withdraw by telephone - 020 8144 2323 (24 hours) - at least four weeks before the scheduled date of the seminar.

Changing your booking

If, having booked a seminar, you would like to change your booking to another seminar, you may do so - free of charge - provided places are available and you let us know of the change at least 24 hours before the date of the seminar originally booked.
