		<description>The LLB units which the OU merely administers and which are generally marked by actual practitioners are fine - The BIG problem is that you have to do some extra units and the OU&#039;s own stuff is simply garbage and / or marked by people who seem to think you should &quot;dumb down&quot; your writing as if your &quot;audience&quot; is the same as that watching Ant and Dec&#039;s Christmas extravaganza. Personally, having completed all essential LLB units without difficulty I don&#039;t appreciate having my essays in the extra units criticised by somone who is clearly flummoxed by those tricky colon thingamajigs. You make a complaint - OU standard operating procedure is attempt to bully the student into submission. In short I wouldn&#039;t touch the OU with a barge pole.</description>
