Personally, having completed all essential LLB units without difficulty I don't appreciate having my essays in the extra units criticised by somone who is clearly flummoxed by those tricky colon thingamajigs. You make a complaint - OU standard operating procedure is attempt to bully the student into submission. In short I wouldn't touch the OU with a barge pole.
